Which couriers do you use?

The couriers we rely on are the following: DHL, Poste Italiane, Bartolini, GLS, TNT, UPS, SDA and Nexive.
We will choose the best courier for you, so that you can receive your shipment in the shortest possible time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For all products with immediate availability, the handling times for preparing the package and collecting it by the couriers are approximately 48 hours, while the courier delivery times vary from 24 to 48 hours.

During peak periods, orders may be delayed. We will notify you promptly.

Do you ship outside of Italy?

We are working on it! We currently operate only in Italy.

I am in Abruzzo, can I collect my order on site?

What payment methods do you accept?

All our products can be purchased with the following payment methods:
PayPal, Credit Cards, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery.
With PayPal and Credit Cards, the order will be processed the same day if placed before 12pm or the following day if placed after 12pm.
Orders with bank transfer will be processed after receiving the credit.

Can I pay in installments?

How can I place an order?

To place an order you simply have to click on the button Add to Cart (on some products you will first need to select a variation) and click on the icon cart, then fill in all the required fields.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can safely place an order as a guest.

Can I cancel or change an order?

You can submit a request to cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation or change is not guaranteed for some products.

How can I make a return?
