How to return a product within 14 days, under the Italian Consumer Code

1. Your right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason (arts. 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code, implementing EU Directive 2011/83). The period runs from the day you (or a third party you designate) physically receive the products; if the order is in several shipments, from the last item received.
Having chosen a platform, colour, knob or mount does not cost you the right to withdraw: those are catalogue options, not personalisation. The right falls away only for pieces genuinely made to your measure — an engraving with your name, artwork you send us, an off-catalogue build — and in that case we tell you on the product page before you order.
2. How to notify us
Before the 14 days expire, tell us your decision with an explicit statement:
- by email to info@fpsitalia.it, stating your order number and the products;
- or using the model form below (optional).

3. How to return the products
After notifying your withdrawal, send the products back within 14 days to: FPS Italia - SimRacing Accessories, Via Vecchia Scorciosa, 38, 66022 Fossacesia (CH), +39 380 6360315. Return the products intact, with all accessories and, where possible, the original packaging. You may handle the product only as much as needed to check its nature and functioning: you are liable for any diminished value resulting from further use.
4. Return costs
The cost of return shipping is at your expense, unless we indicate otherwise or unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, in which case we cover it.
5. Refund
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no extra cost.
6. Defective product: legal guarantee
Withdrawal is different from the 24-month legal guarantee: if the product is defective or non-conforming, you are entitled to free repair or replacement even beyond the 14 days. See the Terms of Sale.
