These Terms govern the distance sale of products on the site. By placing an order you declare that you have read and accepted them.

2. Products and prices

We sell sim racing hardware (handbrakes, sequential shifters and accessories), designed and assembled in Italy. Prices are in Euro and include VAT. Shipping costs, when due, are shown before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to change prices: the price shown at the time of the order applies.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The order is finalised when you receive our confirmation email. If a product is unavailable after the order, we will notify you and you may choose between waiting or a full refund. We reserve the right not to accept incomplete orders, orders suspected of fraud, or in the event of obvious pricing errors.

4. Payments

We accept the methods shown at checkout (e.g. card, PayPal, instalments and cash on delivery where available). Card payments are handled by PCI-DSS certified providers: we neither process nor store card details.

Instalment payment is provided by Klarna Bank AB and is a contract between you and Klarna, separate from the sale: their terms apply, accepted at payment time, and it is Klarna that automatically decides whether to grant it (see point 9 of the Privacy Policy). We receive the amount in full: if you later withdraw or obtain a refund, we refund Klarna and your instalment plan is reduced or cancelled accordingly. If instalments are not granted you can still complete the order with another method.

The products remain our property until the price has been paid in full; risk of loss or damage passes to you as set out in section 5.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship with a tracked courier. Processing times and delivery estimates are shown on the product page and at checkout. The risk of loss or damage passes to you (or the third party you designate, other than the courier) upon delivery. Check the parcel on delivery and report any damage immediately.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. How to exercise it, timing and the form are on the Returns page.

Withdrawal is excluded only for goods made to your measurements or clearly personalised at your specific request (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code): custom engraving or marking, graphics produced from content you supply, off-catalogue builds. Choosing the options offered in the catalogue — platform, colour, knob, mount — is not personalisation and takes nothing away from your right of withdrawal. Where an exclusion applies we say so clearly on the product page, before you order; once production has started, those orders can no longer be cancelled.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under arts. 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code (implementing EU Directive 2019/771). In case of a defect you are entitled to have conformity restored (repair or replacement) and, under the conditions of law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. To activate it write to info@fpsitalia.it.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution (ODR)

For any complaint write to info@fpsitalia.it: we always seek a quick solution. Alternatively, the European Commission provides the online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If you buy with a VAT number, in the course of your business, complaints about quantity, appearance and conformity must be sent in writing within 8 days of receipt, and hidden defects within 8 days of discovery. These deadlines do not apply to consumers, who are protected for 24 months by the legal guarantee in section 7 with no notification requirement.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the place of their residence or domicile remains mandatorily competent, and mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of habitual residence continue to apply. The language of the contract is Italian; this translation is provided for your convenience.
